 20.04.2012, 18:37International tender for hot spring resort and battery factory The Privatization Agency of Kosovo (AKP) launched on Friday the individual projects of privatization of the Socially Owned Enterprises "Onix – thermal resort " and the Industrial Batteries Factory "Trepca" in Peja. Interested investors will have 90 days within which they can receive their information about these two companies. After the pre-qualification of investors, the KPA will host an investors conference for these two companies. The privatization of "Onix" ( a hot spring resort in Peja ) and the Industrial Batteries Factory "Trepca" will be conducted through the regular spin-off method. Officials from the Privatization Agency said that investors will initially be prequalified and then selected based on the highest price offer.
