Priority Pass will expand its airport fast-track security offering from 28 airports to more than 170 bookable fast-track lanes across over 150 terminals and 130 airports worldwide over the next 12 months, the company said; the rollout is part of a wider Priority Pass upgrade for members.

Priority Pass recently surpassed 1,900 lounges and travel experiences worldwide, and the network grew 6.7% over the past 12 months, Business Wire said; Collinson and Priority Pass frame the upgrades as a response to rising passenger volumes and customer demand for faster, more personalised airport experiences.
For travelers who get priority pass access through a credit card, the changes will show up inside the app used to book lounges and services, though fast-track lanes and Priority Pass Private luxury offerings carry separate costs and are not automatically included with every card benefit, according to Upgraded Points and Business Wire.
That distinction matters for cardholders evaluating whether their premium card still justifies its annual fee: more airport coverage and new services may increase the practical value of a Priority Pass benefit, but some features will require additional payment in-app.
Airport and lounge capacity is central to the plan. Collinson said it will expand lounge footprint through sister company Airport Dimensions to ease overcrowding complaints and add dedicated Priority Pass areas in partner lounges, a move the press release says should protect member access as the programme grows.
The rollout will start where fast-track demand is highest and expand into Asia-Pacific later, the Business Wire release and outlets reporting the announcement say. Travelers should check the Priority Pass+ app for participating airports and pricing as the bookable lanes go live.
