Netflix Tudum published a Season 4 teaser story on Aug. 17, 2026, headlined “The Diplomat Returns Oct. 15 — and ‘the Fights Are Going to Be Spicy,'” and quoted showrunner Debora Cahn about the four central characters driving the new season.
