Kosovo Migrants in Austria Category: Study Period: 2009 Donor/Client: IASCI In this study ECIKS has interviewed over 600 kosovar migrants living in Austria. The main aim of the project was to obtain and analyse data required as a foundation for voluntary return of migrants to Kosovo, including: - The Human Resource Profiles requirements of Austria‐based enterprises planning to initiate or expand activities in Kosovo; - The Qualification Profile / level of education and professional training of migrants that are willing to return, in relation to the present and future labour market in Kosovo; - The professional training possibilities for migrants willing to return in regards to the present and future labour market in Kosovo. |
