Kosovo to start with the payment of international debts

After gaining membership in two most important international financial institutions; the International Monetary Fund and World Bank, Kosovo will take over its responsibilities for the payment of international debts.

One of these debts has been inherited from former Yugoslavia and has to do with the investments conducted during the 70s and 80s. According to the Kosovo Ministry of Finances and Economy, Kosovo begins with the payments in September this year.
