Prishtina, 11 January 2005 - Daily Newspaper "Zëri" reports that Transport and Telecommunications Minister Qemajl Ahmeti met yesterday with Philip Goldberg, head of the US Office in Prishtina. The topics discussed in the meeting were issues from the area of telecommunication, mobile telephony and the modalities of cooperation.

Minister Ahmeti said that Goldberg voiced his interest in leveling the market of telecommunication, which is a task of the Ministry of Transport and Telecommunications.

Newspaper "Epoka e Re" also carried the front-page headline: Goldberg says announcement of GSM tender should be done soon.
