Prishtina, 22 June 2004 - On the regular meeting of the representatives of the Western Offices in Kosova with the deputy head of UNMIK, which was held yesterday, was discussed about the beginning of the process of privatization, “Zëri” reports.

According to the paper it was said that this time privatization was one of the key issues discussed, including the three new proposals from New York on the operational policies to unblock privatization.

Marc Dickinson, the head of British Office, was the only one to give a statement after the meeting. “The Government has been sent the three new procedures of operational policies, it can now asses the way to apply them in practice and I believe that they will help a lot and can soon unblock the process of privatization”, Dickinson said to media.
