Kosovo: 2008 – the year of economy

Prishtina, 2 October 2007 - Kosovar Minister of Trade and Industry (MTI), Bujar Dugolli has told Kosovar media that year 2008 is expected to be a year of investment and economy in Kosovo. According to him, the progress achieved up to now has improved internal trade, fight against unfair competition, consumers’ protection and many other fields.

Minister Dugolli is convinced that the year 2008 will be a good year for investments and economy due to the application of legislation in accordance with EU. Bearing in mind that Kosovo is in the CEFTA zone, it will have better opportunities to export and obtain foreign investments. Furthermore, Kosovo will have an excellent economic perspective.
